At Canine Treasures, we want you to feel confident in the health of your new puppy. That’s why we offer a 12-month health guarantee for serious, life-impacting hereditary or congenital conditions that are not considered breed-specific issues.

Here’s what it means:

✅ What’s Covered:

If within the first 12 months of bringing your puppy home, two licensed veterinarians diagnose a genetic or congenital condition that prevents your puppy from living a normal life, we will:

Either provide a replacement puppy of equal value,

or

Reimburse you for reasonable, documented vet expenses, up to the original adoption price.

To qualify:

You must send us a written report from the first vet within 5 days of the diagnosis.

Treatment must not be started before we receive the report.

🐾 A Note About Rehoming:

If you find yourself unable to continue caring for your puppy within the first year, we ask that you return them to us. We do not issue refunds, but we promise your pup will be loved and cared for. No dog from Canine Treasures should ever end up in a shelter.
At Canine Treasures, we’re here to help make your puppy’s journey home as smooth and safe as possible! Whether you’re near or far, we offer several travel options so your new best friend arrives happy and healthy.

We love meeting our families in person! If you're within driving distance, you're welcome to schedule an appointment to pick up your puppy directly from our home. It’s a great opportunity to see where your puppy was raised and ask any last-minute questions.

✈️ Flight Nanny Service

For families farther away, we offer Flight Nanny services. A trusted puppy nanny will personally fly with your puppy in the cabin and hand-deliver them to you at your nearest major airport. This ensures your puppy travels in comfort and receives one-on-one care the entire way.

🚗 Ground Delivery

Need your puppy brought right to your door? We work with experienced pet transporters who provide ground delivery across many states. Your puppy will travel in a safe, climate-controlled vehicle with regular stops for food, water, and cuddles.
We understand that not everyone can make the trip to meet their puppy in person, and that’s okay! At Canine Treasures, we offer personalized Zoom Meet & Greets so you can get to know your future puppy from the comfort of your home.

Families will receive complete copies of their puppy’s health records at pickup, offering confidence and peace of mind that their new companion has been properly cared for.
